Summer legs have gone all sorts of colours
Fashion, UncategorizedIt’s Summer time and the legs are out… coloured legs that is! We were delighted that our coloured tights featured in the up and coming Irish designer Caoimhe Mac Neice‘s S/S 2016 collection photoshoot which was styled by the amazing Kieran Kilgallon.

Fashion Independents’ Day (#FIDay)
FashionWe at Tights Dept. are very excited about the upcoming Fashion Independents’ Day (#FIDay) this Thursday, March 26th in association with frockadvisor
It’s a day that helps create awareness about all the fantastic independent fashion boutiques across the island of Ireland and we are delighted to be a part of it! It’s also a great opportunity for fashion lovers to get out and support their favourite fashion stores by calling in to see what’s on offer, meet the people behind the stores and experience the ultimate in customer service!
To help celebrate this unique event, we will be offering shoppers a 15% discount and serving some bubbly & sweet treats!
Also happening on #FIDay, 5 of Ireland’s most influential journalists and commentators (Annmarie O’Connor, Courtney Smith, Lorna Weightman, Ciara O’Doherty & Anouska Proetta Brandon) will be taking to the road, calling into as many independent retailers as possible, raising a glass and taking selfies. So keep an eye on frockadvisor social media on March 26th to see how many independent retailers they will visit. Fingers crossed we’ll get a visit from the lovely Ciara O’Doherty who will be covering our neck of the woods on #FIDay!

We have finally re-opened our store in Dublin City centre.
Our pop-up shop that was previously located in the basement of the Design House at 43 Dawson Street, up until the end of January, has found a new location just around the corner in The Royal Hibernian Way at the South Ann Street entrance.
We specialise in Italian hosiery from top brands Omsa, Silvia Grandi and Osé and we have now introduced a hosiery collection for kids by Omsa Serenella.
We don’t just sell tights as our name may suggest! We also stock a vast range of leggings, footless tights, hold-ups, socks, stockings, legwarmers, tops and more!
